Gomez and Cecconi got into a physical fight in the pool while Gomez was holding Kaylani. Authorities say Gomez held Cecconi and her child underwater. Officers say Gomez was standing in the water naked with his arms outstretched when they arrived.

Police in San Diego say suicide notes indicate the mother and father whose bodies were found at their San Diego home planned their murder-suicide..
Police say two suicide notes were found at the home and indicated the mother and father were involved. The notes indicated the family was having financial problems. Instructions for funerals and how the family’s possessions were to be distributed were also contained in the notes, according to police.
DC- U.S. SUPREME COURT TOSSES RULING ON INTERVIEWING CHILDREN!
The Supreme Court on Thursday threw out a lower court’s ruling that authorities need warrants to talk to potential victims of sex abuse at school, without saying whether it thought the earlier decision was wrong.

The people that have a problem with this are usually bigots who want to deny that homosexual people exist in this world. I hate to break the news to these people but schools also have gay students who’re in those classrooms.
On Monday and Tuesday, students of every grade were taught what the school called age-appropriate lessons about gender differences. Some lessons included all-girl geckos, a transgender clownfish, and boy snakes who act “girly” reports the San Francisco Chronicle.
Principal Sara Stone said the lesson on gender differences was part of a larger effort to control bullying in the school, something parents supported last year.

TX- TEXAS LEGISLATURE APPROVES BILL ALLOWING SCHOOLS TO GET PARENTAL PERMISSION BEFORE ADMINISTERING CORPORAL PUNISHMENT, THAT IS – ASSAULTING CHILDREN! The bill now goes to Governor Rick Perry for consideration. This is why child abuse in this country will never stop. For this exact reason. We have our own government authorizing violence against children. “Corporal Punishment” often administered with a paddle to a child’s buttocks is nothing more than a sex assault. If you hit an unconsenting adult on their buttocks, you’d be arrested and thrown into jail for sex assault. But if you hit a child on his/her buttocks, it’s considered, “discipline”. In this country, you can’t even hit a dog without going to jail. Try it. Stand in the middle of the road and hit a dog – see how fast you’re a$$ will be thrown in jail. Dogs have more rights than children. You can’t hit animals, you can’t hit prisoners, you can’t hit adults, you can’t even hit terrorists – but yet it’s A-OK to hit a child! That’s what’s wrong with this society. Violence begets violence.

Olivia said the bullying started with an unprovoked slap at her first school dance and ended when she was kicked — that attack left her with the back injury. She said as many as 10 students bullied her and made even a trip to her locker terrifying.
“Every day she would shove me down with extreme force on top of my head,” Olivia said of one of the alleged bullies. “I felt like I was suffocating. I could barely breathe.”
Olivia said she doesn’t know why she was singled out, only that she and her mother were both told by the school that historically, one girl in each grade had been chosen by the other girls to be bullied.

Investigators claim to have found more than 3,100 images and 500 video files of child pornography on Schesso’s computers. Among the items seized, according to charging documents, were videos of children as young as 8 years old – including one girl who appeared to have been drugged – being raped by grown men.
