Seila said in an e-mail that APLE became suspicious after learning D’Agostino was living with a 24-year-old man and three boys — ages 7, 10 and 14 — in his rental home. Seila said D’Agostino paid school tuition for the boy he was accused of having sexual contact with.
APLE tipped off police who questioned the boys at school. The 14-year-old told police and a school teacher he had been sexually abused by D’Agostino, Seila said.
Charging documents say that in the midst of a divorce, his wife brought his computer to a specialist to retrieve any “hidden assets,” and the specialist found several images of young girls posing nude and contacted police.
The suit alleges that Jean-Claude Brizard, 47, told Grant and other high-ranking school officials “you all are old,” and also said during a citywide principal’s meeting that “in teaching, age matters.”
In addition, Brizard allegedly suggested that the reason there was tension between Grant and two other black women during a meeting was a “case” of “strong black women.”

Cops say the couple sent a picture to an inmate at the Vacaville prison, showing Martinez engaging in oral sex with one of their kids as their other child watched.

It was an innocent photo of bath time for the kids. She snapped a picture as her husband planted a kiss on their 11-month-old son’s knee. Their 3-year-old daughter was next to her brother in the tub. She says as little boy’s do, the boy may have been touching himself in the picture.

A search of the computer revealed five images of suspected child pornography including one involving a 9-year-old girl and another of a girl 10 to 14-years-old with an unknown male.

Safe director Hans Kriek said the event promoted the killing of animals in a “party atmosphere.”

Green Bay Police Lt. Bill Dongle said vicious dogs are being used mostly by felons involved in drug trafficking and those involved in dog fighting operations. Dongle cited one incident in which a SWAT team on a local drug bust was attacked by a pitbull, which police then had to shoot.
The department’s animal control officer, Sharon Hensen, said drug task force and probation officers have encountered dogs in at least half of the visits they make. Hensen said felons who use their dogs as weapons should be punished.
