The girl told deputies she had been swimming in the wave pool around 3 p.m. with her mother when she noticed Ramírez “popping” up around her and occasionally bumping into her.
When her mother stepped out of the pool to grab some food, the child said Ramírez made eye contact with her.
At some point, someone pulled down her bikini bottom, the report shows. She said that person inappropriately touched her.

When the baby was born alive, she tried to deceive hospital workers into taking the premature newborn off the respirator.
They wanted a second opinion before accepting that their son, Arthur Johnson III, was brain dead after a suicide attempt, and they were shocked to learn doctors would remove the corneas from his eyes.
On Sunday, after learning the harvesting would take place Monday — Johnson’s 19th birthday — the Austins told hospital officials to cancel the procedure.
They say hospital officials refused… “They’ve treated us so badly from day one,” said Joe Austin, Johnson’s step-father, “restricting access to our son, not letting his grandmother see him.”

Woodbury County sheriff’s deputy knocked on the door of an apartment Rausch and his girlfriend shared at 4201 Gibson St., a 3-year-old child answered the door. The deputy said he had trouble communicating with the toddler but learned that there were no adults in the apartment.
Inside the apartment, which was in “complete disarray,” the deputy saw a 1-year-old boy and a 9-month-old boy running around in soiled diapers, according to the documents. There was feces and food all over the apartment. Pots and pans covered in dried food sat on the stove and counter top. The bathroom sink was clogged with dirty water.
Richard Wood had more than 5,000 kiddie porn videos and 176,000 more sick images on his computer when he was busted.
Wood lived right next to a park and has been linked to at least two Ohio kids. But police suspected he victimized kids across the U.S.

Bell, who was an Administration for Children’s Services supervisor, and caseworker Damon Adams were charged with criminally negligent homicide in Marchella’s death. Both have resigned from the agency.

Monsignor William Lynn, who oversaw clergy under Bevilacqua, was also accused in the report of helping to conceal the alleged crimes and transferring priests known to be abusive.
