According to reports, the child was hungry, and Guthrie, who had been a family friend, offered to take her to get lunch.
The mother told police that after Guthrie returned with the girl, her daughter said that Guthrie had touched her inappropriately, but she didn’t know whether to believe the child.

England was convicted in California in 1977 of molestation charges involving some of his victim’s young friends, but fled to Florida with her before he was sentenced. They lived for decades under an assumed name taken from a dead child, until in 2004 the now adult victim decided to go to the FBI.

The province ran village and reservation schools in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. The claims are from victims who were students at schools in all five states. Nearly all the victims are Native American or Alaska Native.
The province previously settled another 200 claims.
Boyle testified Wednesday that the girls said their mother approached men to ask if they wanted to spend time with the girs. The mother allegedly told the girls to let the men touch them in exchange for money and clothes, according to the detective.
Boyle also testified that photos of one of the girls and a male’s genitalia were found on a camera in the family’s motel, and the girls both said their mother had taken the photo, according to the newspaper.
In 2002 the couple was previously charged with trying to sell 3 month old child in WAL-MART PARKING LOT Dad, Anthony Hart served 2 years. Mom was found not competent to stand trial!
The commissioners say the burial constitutes a zoning violation that could result in daily fines.
James Dodson tells the Reading Eagle newspaper that he couldn’t afford to buy a burial plot for his son, Jesse. Dodson says the congenital liver condition that killed the boy left the family with more than $30,000 in medical bills.

It violates the 1st Amendment under freedom of speech. In order for a person to speak freely, he must first be able to think freely. In this case if the court is altering his natural state of thinking then in effect they’re influencing the way he’ll speak. That’s Unconstitutional.

A 3-year-old girl drowned in her grandmother’s swimming pool Friday evening, the second Volusia County child to drown this week and the fourth this year.
Laela McGlothren was face-down in the pool at 6:10 p.m. in the 900 block of South Palmetto Avenue when her grandmother leaped in to pull her out, Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood said.

and Customs Enforcement agents in Minot, North Dakota, received information about an Australian couple that had been investigated for sexual abuse of their children.
Computer records showed the couple had been trading child pornography with a man in North Dakota. When investigators seized the North Dakota man’s computer, they found a screen capture recording of a live Web camera transmission in which a nude adult male and a child were shown masturbating together.

One victim told police she damaged the couple’s car and was told to work off the debt by letting Jesse Castillo, 50, touch her body and take nude pictures.
Another victim said the couple made her dress provocatively, then recorded her being sexually molested.
A criminal complaint said Krueger exposed himself to a 12-year-old boy in January 2010, demonstrating how to put on a condom. He also demonstrated how to pleasure himself while the two showered together at a local YMCA.
Krueger was charged in June, and publicity from that case led a 12-year-old girl to tell police Krueger exposed himself to her and demonstrated how to put on a condom in March 2010.

Meanwhile, amid rumors that the remaining animals would be put down on Friday night, animal activists urged MDAS to postpone any planned euthanasia and give rescue groups time to pick up and place the animals.
