NY- 101 YEAR OLD SEX OFFENDER DIES IN PRISON! Theodore Sypnier, 101
Sypnier had been sent back to prison in 2009 for refusing to take classes to address his deviant sexual behavior, a condition of his parole. He had been convicted of sexually inappropriate behavior with two young girls in 1999.
The “butt drag” is a widely-used wrestling move that involves grabbing a rival’s butt cheek and putting fingers in the anus to get leverage, the Fresno Bee reported.
A police report states that Hill allegedly stuck his fingers deep into the 14-year-old opponent’s rectum, causing pain.

A class action lawsuit filed Wednesday in San Antonio alleges that the state health department “deceptively and unlawfully sold, traded, bartered, and distributed blood samples” from thousands of newborns in exchange for fees, lab equipment and other purposes…
This is the second suit the Texas Civil Rights Project has filed against the health department in connection with its use of blood spots left after the state tests virtually every child born in Texas for 28 genetic disorders. The parties settled the suit a year ago over the indefinite storage of the blood spots, which started in 2002 — without informing parents — for calibrating lab equipment and for possible research.

In addition the rule violates the state’s sexual discrimination laws because it applies to boys only while girls are exempt. In addition, the rule also violates the 4th Amendment under Unreasonable Search & Seizure, the 9th Amendment under Bodily Integrity and the 14th Amendment under Equal Protection.

The boys were last seen Thanksgiving Day and reported missing the following day by their mother, Tanya Skelton, when their father didn’t bring them home after an arranged visit.

Police found Elizabeth C. Crossley’s twin 2-year-old girls living in an apartment with a large number of cats and two dogs, and garbage and clutter strewn about, including dirty diapers. Fecal matter was smeared on walls.
Urine and feces soaked in and covered the carpet, and the smell of human waste was overpowering to investigators, she said. The stuffed toys the girls clutched also were smeared in feces.

Kirkpatrick, who was off duty, said he noticed a group of children across the street jumping and pointing in the direction of the dog.
Kirkpatrick said he turned his motorcycle around and went back to the house where the dog was. When he approached the dog, Kirkpatrick said he dropped Samuel.
“The baby was just lying face down. Completely limp,” Kirkpatrick said of Samuel, who was wearing nothing but a torn diaper. His eyes and mouth were covered in dirt, Kirkpatrick said, and he had numerous puncture wounds, lacerations and cuts all over his body.
