NYC- UNMARRIED CATHOLIC GIRL FROM STRICT ITALIAN FAMILY GETS PREGNANT, NEWBORN BABY GIRL THROWN INTO GARBAGE, BABY FOUND IN BLOODY TOWELS STUFFED IN BLACK GARBAGE BAG ON PORCH, ALLEGEDLY, MOM CLAIMS AMNESIA – NURSE TESTIFIED DEAD BABY WAS BLUE, MOM’S SIS TAKES 5th AMENDMENT! Here’s the story, allegedly: Laura Sergio comes from a strict Italian, Catholic family. She’s unmarried, got pregnant & reportedly never told the family out of shame. Sister, Andria Sergio found Laura Sergio surrounded by bloody towels. Sister, Andria Sergio allegedly took the bloody towels (with the newborn girl wrapped inside) and threw them in the garbage. The garbage was then placed on the family’s porch for the baby girl to suffocate & freeze to death, reportedly! Andria Sergio would later claim she didn’t know there was a baby wrapped in the bloody towels. Laura Sergio’s two sisters, Andria Sergio and Cara Sergio were initially charged with helping her cover up the incident. They both beat the system and got off scott free! Laura Sergio is claiming she has amnesia and can’t remember anything. Her lawyer is claiming that because she has amnesia she can’t assist in her own defense and that would therefore violate her Constitutional right to assist in her own defense. Assistant District Attorney Jacqueline Kagan is claiming the amnesia story is false. (Tip for criminals: Attn: Drug Dealers, Murderers, etc. just say you have amnesia and can’t assist in your own defense – and you too can claim Constitutional violations!) I read in another article in the New York Daily News (I can’t find the article to link to it but it was published either Thursday or Friday) that Laura Sergio’s sister Andria Sergio took the 5th Amendment when Prosecutor ADA Jacqueline Kagan asked if she helped to dispose of the newborn baby girl’s body that was found in the bloody rags. Andria Sergio could be facing contempt charges for refusing to answer. In my opinion, Andria Sergio is even WORSE than her god awful sister, Laura. Andria was the one who allegedly took the baby, wrapped in the bloody towels and threw her into the garbage to suffocate and freeze to death. Then she had the nerve to reportedly say she didn’t know the baby was in the towels. What did she think was in there, some gigantic menstrual clot??? That was her niece! She belongs in the chair right next to her sister, for murder! I hope ADA Jacqueline Kagan gets her on Monday for refusing to answer the questions. Here’s a TV VIDEO OF THE LAURA SERGIO TRIAL. Medical testimony offered during Otten’s August trial indicated the baby’s head was so swollen it felt like a “water balloon.” An emergency room nurse testified there was so much bleeding in the baby’s skull that it was pushing his brain to one side. The baby’s two skull fractures were so severe he required surgery.
According to court documents, Bendert contacted undercover FBI agents who were posing online as mothers of young daughters and asked whether they were interested in having him sexually train the girls.
Using the screen name Billthebear99, Bendert typed in one chat room: “I have taught girls before … always together with their moms … you would have to be present with us,” according to an FBI affidavit.

The warrant also indicates someone close to the little girl, most likely her mother, knew about her allegations, but didn’t report them to police.
Included in police evidence are group photos of Robbins on the camping trip, and a pair of children’s underwear reportedly found in Robbins’ apartment.
Robbins is also implicated in crimes in Washington state, where he’s accused of a number of molestations over a period of four years.
