NYC- MOM KILLED 6 PD NEWBORN GIRL, DEAD BODY FOUND WRAPPED IN BLOODY TOWELS & THROWN IN TRASH BAG ON PORCH, ALLEGEDLY – MOM CLAIMS AMNESIA AS TRIAL STARTS! Here’s the story, allegedly: Laura Sergio comes from a strict Italian, Catholic family. She’s unmarried, got pregnant & reportedly never told the family out of shame. Sister, ANDRIA SERGIO found Laura Sergio surrounded by bloody towels. Sister, Andria Sergio allegedly took the bloody towels (with the newborn girl wrapped inside) and threw them in the garbage. The garbage was then placed on the family’s porch for the baby girl to suffocate & freeze to death, reportedly! Andria Sergio would later claim she didn’t know there was a baby wrapped in the bloody towels.
Andria Sergio, 27, showed no emotion, even though she allegedly helped her younger sister dispose of the 6-pound girl’s body behind their home in Bay Ridge.
“She struck an attitude, very snippy,” the source said. “She said, ‘Why don’t you check the back porch?’”
Cops say Laura Sergio, 25, gave birth to a healthy daughter Friday and then left her in a trash bag to die outside in the frigid night air.
Laura Sergio waived her right to a jury trial and agreed to a bench trial where the judge decides. Assistant District Attorney, Jacqueline Kagan is prosecuting the case. Let’s hope Judge Alan Marrus is not dumb enough to buy her amnesia story. I remember when Nixzmary Brown’s mother’s pretrial was going on back in 2008. I saw Laura Sergio’s mother, Lena Sergio & sister, Andria Sergio in Judge Patricia DiMango’s courtroom for sister, Andrea Sergio’s pretrial hearing. They were both sitting in the audience right in back of me! I was in the room for Nixzmary Brown’s mother’s pretrial. Andrea Sergio’s pretrial was being held in the same room right before Nixzmary’s. The sister, Andrea Sergio was charged with improperly disposing of the baby’s corpse. Laura Sergio is free on bond. Hopefully, Prosecutor ADA Jacqueline Kagan can convince the judge not to buy into their load of bull. “Amnesia”? They couldn’t of thought up anything better than that???
VA- MAN RAPED GIRL, 7, SO SEVERELY SHE REQUIRED HOURS OF SURGERY, GIRL WROTE LETTER TO MAN ENTITLED, “DEAR MR. BAD MAN” – GOT 60 YEARS! Joshua Lantz Cromer, 27 Joshua Lance Cromer raped the 7 year old girl in the same bed where her brother was! As part of her therapy, she wrote him a letter.
“Dear Bad Man,” began the letter, written in large letters in a child’s scrawl. “I wish you were never alive because you hurt kids.”

Heaven told investigators in a 90-minute interview that she was holding Emily’s twin sister in her arms, getting her ready for bed, when she tried to get into the kitchen and Emily refused to move from a doorway.
She pushed the girl, causing her to strike her head. She was unconscious after the injury but Heaven said she managed to get Emily to wake up and sent her to bed. The girl woke up two hours later and vomited. She then fell to the ground, unresponsive, police said.
