Martha Hamilton, Gill’s sister, said until the day their father died he was pushing the FBI to investigate the case as a kidnapping. He even sent letters to the White House, she said, hoping it would influence the FBI to change its mind on the case.
In the 1960s, though, Hamilton said, the law didn’t allow the FBI to be immediately involved in missing person case.
“You had to either prove a child was taken out of state by an eyewitness or you had to have a ransom note or a demand for ransom,” Hamilton said.

TX- BOY, 12, SUSPENDED FROM PUBLIC SCHOOL FOR HAVING LONG HAIR! Chris McGregor, 12, Godley Middle School, Superintendent Paul Smithson Texas is notorious for these sort of cases. Chris McGregor is in in-school suspension. The school says their dress code requires boys to have hair above the shoulders. There’s a couple of problems with that. First and formost: it’s Unconstitutional! It violates the 1st Amendment under freedom of speech. Violates the 4th Amendment under Unreasonable Search and Seizure. Violates the 9th Amendment under bodily integrity. Violates the 14th Amendment under Equal Protection. This rule also violates sexual discrimination laws in that girls aren’t required to wear their hair short but boys are. Then there’s the obvious. The rule is just plain racist in that it expects all male to conform to European-American hair standards. America is made up of a lot more than just European Americans. Native American Indian males wear there hair long so that code is racist towards them. As a matter of fact, Texas just settled a similar case in favor of a Native American child who the school was trying to get to cut his hair. It’s the Adriel Arocha case. Bottom line: School rules don’t trump the Constitution!

Nigel F. Gale, 63, who was vice president of engine, emissions and vehicle research at the institute, had more than 350,000 images and more than 2,500 videos and animated child porn. He resigned in April 2008 amid an FBI investigation, which found he had amassed the collection over eight years by visiting Internet child porn “news groups.”

Secondly, they’re talking about “hollowed ground” I hardly think that the land that once housed Burlington Coat Factory is “hallowed ground”! Yes, that’s right. Park 51 is located on what once was the sacred, holy, Burlington Coat Factory! Bigotry is UnAmerican. Oh and FYI, Muslims also died in 9-11 and a lot of the Muslim 9-11 families are in favor of the mosque. Are you only going to be sensitive to Christian families of 9-11 and not the Muslim victim’s families? Consider this: If blacks kill a group of people at a certain location in the name of Black Power and the victims now are bigoted and don’t want any reminder of blacks in the area – not a church, community center, no blacks walking around, nothing – the victims would be laughed at and vilified for their obvious racist beliefs. It’s the same thing. Some of these people are turning from victims to villians with their racism. You can’t say that 1/5 th of the world’s population has to stay out of lower Manhattan. As a New Yorker that’s offensive to me, personally. I have friends that are Muslim. Nixzmary Brown, the little girl who this website, Child Abuse Headlines.Com is dedicated to, is half Muslim. Bottom line: You can’t be “sensitive” to bigots even if something horrible happened to them. If you’re not Muslim, then mind your own damned business and keep walking past the new mosque. Or better yet – go to your own church and pray to be a less racist person!
