CO- MUMMIFIED BABY BOY FOUND IN SUITCASE WITH UMBILICAL CORD ATTACHED – MOM CHARGED! Melissa Hudson, 25 The suitcase contained clothing, towels and trash.
CA- WOMAN SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER RAPED GIRL, 8, WITH A ROLLING PIN, STRANGLED HER WITH ALCOHOL SOAKED NOOSE, PUT DEAD BODY IN SUIT CASE & DUMPED IT IN POND, GOT LIFE – TRIAL DATE SET FOR GIRL’S FAMILY WHO WANTS AUTOPSY REPORT PERMANENTLY SEALED! Sandra Cantu, 8, Melissa Huckaby Sandra Cantu’s family are petitioning the court because they want the details of the autopsy report & the autopsy pics permanently sealed. There’s currently a bill in California to seal autopsy reports for murdered minors. This is something the media opposes. I also don’t agree with sealing reports in the interest of public knowledge. PA- HUNDREDS OF JUVENILE CONVICTIONS TOSSED DUE TO CROOKED JUDGE, ALLEGEDLY! Judge Mark Ciavarella, Judge Michael Conahan, Matt Klubeck –victim of Mark Ciavarella The two judges were reportedly receiving thousands in kickbacks to send kids to privately run jails & bootcamps for minor offenses. Judge Michael Conahan just plead guilty. Judge Mark Ciavarella is going to trial. After juvenile, Matt Klubeck threw a steak at his stepfather during an argument, Judge Mark Ciavarella denied him his right to a lawyer, reportedly, presided over the 2 minute hearing himself and sentenced the teen to 48 terrifying days in a privately run juvenile detention center that he allegedly received money from. Matt Klubeck’s conviction was just reversed.
CA- GIRL, 17, WALKING HOME FROM SCHOOL, CUTS THROUGH FIELD & KIDNAPPED, DECOMPOSING BODY FOUND – COMMUNITY RALLYS AROUND FAMILY! Norma Lopez, 17 The killer has not yet been found. A green SUV was reported to be in the area of the field at the time.
NYC- COPS BELIEVED BOY, 14, SLIT SIBLINGS THROATS, THEN SLIT HIS OWN THROAT & SET HOUSE ON FIRE – NOTE THAT SAYS “I’M SORRY” WAS WRITTEN IN MOM’S HANDWRITING! Leisha Jones, 30, C.J. Jones, 14, Brittany Jones, 10, Melony Jones, 7, Jermaine Jones, 2 The boy’s father blamed it on the mother and with the discovery of this note, the dad could be proven right.
AZ- MAN AIMED GUN AT 2 TEEN BOYS, AGES 13 & 15, & KIDNAPPED BOY, 13, IN HIS CAR – FOR STEALING HIS CAR STEREO, ALLEGEDLY! Ignacio Ruelas, 43 If what they did is true, then he should’ve just reported it to cops rather than take the law into his own hands, if he did what they’re accusing him of.
CA- GIRL, 7, BITTEN IN FACE BY PITBULL JUST DAYS AFTER BOY WAS MAULED TO DEATH BY GROUP OF THEM!
CA- MAN MOLESTED 2 YOUNG GIRLS IN 1982, ALLEGEDLY, DISAPPEARS IN 1983, JUST FOUND WORKING IN THE PHILLIPPINES AS A DOCTOR – EXTRADICTED TO CALIFORNIA! Richard Wright La Guardia, 66 He’s been on the run for decades.
FL- MOM WALKS AWAY FROM 2 BOYS WATCHING TV, RETURNS & THEY’RE IN POOL – 1 DROWNED, 1 CRITICAL! Buenaventura Lakes The child that’s critical is her son. The other child that drowned was her son’s friend.
IL- BOY, 4, DROWNED WHILE PLAYING IN RETENTION BASIN SPILLWAY! Ryan W. McGrath, 4
The Wood River Police Department said it received a 911 call at 6:38 p.m. advising that four children between ages 4 and 12 had been playing at the spillway located on Ninth Street in Wood River. The caller said the three other children last saw the 4-year-old sliding down an incline and under the water. He had been wearing red swim trunks and no shirt.
In a separate incident on Dec. 22, 2009, Brown allegedly assaulted his then-7-month-old daughter. Indictments allege he lifted the girl into the air “by the back of her onesie with his hand and (threw) her into her pack and play,” held his hand over her mouth “causing her to have difficulty breathing” and held her legs open with his hands to force her to sit.
On the same date, Brown also allegedly told the woman that if she interfered “she would be next, or words to that effect” while he was assaulting the baby, court documents say.

Eight children have died after being left in a vehicle in New Mexico since 1998, and 469 children have died after being left in a vehicle during that same time in the United States, according to a study published by San Francisco State University earlier this year.
Fifteen states have laws prohibiting someone from leaving a child in a vehicle. New Mexico has no such law, and some lawmakers and prosecutors don’t think one is necessary.
NM- CRISES CENTER FOR CHILDREN KEEPS KIDS AGES NEWBORN TO 5 FOR UP TO 30 DAYS WHILE PARENTS ARE IN CRISES! Child Crises Center of Southern New Mexico This is a really good article. It talks about some child abuse cases in New Mexico, mentioning the Baby Brianna case.
The center aims to be a home away from home for newborns to 5-year-olds whose families are in crisis, and will provide parents free, non-judgmental care for their children for up to 30 days.

NOT CHILD ABUSE BUT NOTABLE:
“10 WRONG QUESTIONS & FALSE ARGUMENTS THAT FRAME OUR THINKING ABOUT RELIGION”! I don’t necessarily agree with everything in the article but it’s interesting.
It’s at least the eighth Mudd family excursion to the National Park that is a 2 ½- hour ferry ride from Key West. But this is the first in 19 years, and the first without Dr. Richard Mudd, who spent a lifetime petitioning presidents and Congress and battling the military and the courts to exonerate his grandfather, who died before he was born.
OH- JUDGE SAYS MAN CAN’T FORM HIS OWN INDIAN RESERVATION TO GET OUT OF NUISANCE LAWS ABOUT FIXING UP HIS 2 HOUSES IN DISREPAIR! William Bowersock He’s creative, I’ll give him that. The article never said how the 2 homes were in disrepair.
