Under the new policy at Veteran’s Memorial Elementary School, which has students from pre-Kindergarten to the sixth grade, condoms will be available for any student of any age that asks.
“I don’t know a magic age to put on it, do you?” said Dr. Beth Singer, school superintendent.
So Dr. Beth Singer doesn’t know what the magical age is. Well, I think it’s pretty safe to assume that kids age 4 would not be interested in condo.ms! Under this new school policy, a 4 year old could literally ask for one and the school would be obliged to give it to him or her!

Officers immediately noticed the 2-year-old had severe bruising to his face, forehead and cheek and dry-cracked bloody lips and bruising that appeared to be at varying stages, Bertagna said.
The 5-year-old had swollen arms and was extremely dehydrated.

First, a man abducted and then forced himself upon Jaycee for 18 years. Now, her biological father seeks to force himself upon Jaycee using his attorneys and the legal system.

The FBI said Blackman posed as a mother with two prepubescent daughters. He agreed to allow Preston to engage in sex acts with his daughters if Preston would transmit nude images of himself and a 3-year-old in his care to Blackman via Webcam. Preston did so. No images of the nude 3-year-old were recovered.

I don’t know what the circumstances were surrounding this little girl leaving her home, (like if parents were on drugs etc) but short of abuse, prosecuting the parents seems a bit extreme.

When you purchase child porn, you’re paying for children to be raped. If nobody purchased the porn, the children would not be raped! So, 1000 children were raped and Judge Jodi Nelson thinks that’s only worth 1-2 years??? This woman should be booted off the bench.

NC- LOOPHOLE ALLOWS SEX OFFENDERS TO STAY OFF NORTH CAROLINA SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY!
Under state law, sex offenders who were convicted or released from prison out-of-state before 1996 and moved to North Carolina before December 2006 need not register in North Carolina, N.C. Rep. Tim Moore said Thursday.
Essentially, sex offenders who meet those specifications can keep their names off the North Carolina database as long as they register in the state where they were convicted.
