Rubio, 14-month-old, Mary Jane Rubio, 2 month old The mother was also convicted. Incident happened in 2003. He’s being retried.
FL- MOM BIT TEEN DAUGHTER, 17, ON BR.EAST, ALLEGEDLY! Edrena Kay King, 39 Edrena Kay King is accused of jumping on her teen daughter who was sitting on the couch and biting her on her b.rest!
“The door handle to the boys room was reversed, and the lock was facing into the hallway; a latch to secure the door was on the hallway side of the door,” the report said.
The boy told detectives since December 2009 he had been locked in his room most of the time, and was only allowed a small drink of water and peanut butter sandwiches.
“[The boy] was only allowed to come out when he went to school or the family went away,” the report said.
“The child was locked in his bedroom and due to this, urinated and defecated on the floor in his room and bed. The child was made to sleep in the urine soaked bed and as a punishment had his face rubbed in the urine and feces.”

While those laws can protect patients from criminal charges, they typically haven’t prevented judges, court commissioners or guardians ad litem from considering a parent’s marijuana use in custody matters – even in states such as Washington, where complying patients “shall not be penalized in any manner, or denied any right or privilege,” according to the law.

VT- LESBIAN COUPLE HAVE CIVIL UNION THEN CHILD, DIVORCE, BIO MOM LISA MILLER TURNS EVANGELICAL & DOESN’T WANT EX LOVER TO HAVE VISITATION WITH GIRL, JUDGE AWARDS CUSTODY OF GIRL TO EX LOVER BECAUSE BIO MOM REFUSED VISITATION, BIO MOM ON RUN WITH GIRL – BIO MOM’S ATTORNEY IN COURT DESPITE HER ABSENCE! Lisa Miller –bio mom, Janet Jenkins –ex lover, Isabella Miller-Jenkins The ex partner, Janet Jenkins, never bothered to adopt the little girl. She is the legal equivalent of a stepparent.
