MN- GIRL, 17, USED SHAMPOO BOTTLE TO RAPE GIRL, 18, ALLEGEDLY! Julie Ann Isham, now 18 A 16 year old allegedly helped Julie Ann Isham rape the 18 year old with a shampoo bottle. Julie Ann Isham is also accused of taking part in the beating of University of Minnesota student Dash Johnson – that left him unconscious on the street.

Murray was one of four managers and employees convicted in March of fabricating reports and destroying documents to hide the fact that caseworkers skipped hundreds of home visits to dozens of clients. Five others pleaded guilty.
Laws like this, putting caseworkers in jail who fabricate or fail to visit need to come to New York City and the rest of the country. This almost reminds me of the NIXZMARY BROWN story. Nixzmary Brown is the little girl who this website that you’re reading, Child Abuse Headlines.Com was inspired by and is dedicated to. Nixzmary Brown was a 7 year old girl who was murdered by her stepfather in 2006 for taking a strawberry Jello Pudding Snack from her family’s fridge & over a broken computer printer. Stepdad, Cesar Rodriguez kept Nixzmary Brown imprisoned in her room and duct taped to a chair for hours on end, beat & raped her, starved her to the point where she was forced to eat cat food and use a cat’s litter box. All while mom, Nixzaliz Santiago turned a blind eye! Nixzmary missed almost 46 days of school, came to school with a black eye, bruises. Dec. 2005 Nixzmary was missing from school for almost a month. ACS (New York City’s CPS) supervisor Andrew Bartley declined to get a warrant to enter the home. He wanted to wait another week to see if Nixzmary showed up! As if being missing from school for almost a month isn’t a big deal! If that wasn’t bad enough, ACS supervisor Orlene Cummings told Nixzmary’s caseworker that if Nixzmary returned to school to send a note home with her to her parents!!! ACS caseworker Joyceline St.Hill was ordered to visit Nixzmary Brown’s home on the evening of January 10th 2006. Joyceline St.Hill decided to put it off and wait until the following morning to go. The next morning when St.Hill arrived at Nixzmary’s home, she was greeted by police cars and the crime scene unit. She was told that little Nixzmary was murdered the night before – the very night she was suppose to visit! If laws existed that would jail caseworkers in cases where children die as a result of their negligence, Nixzmary Brown might still be alive and lazy pigs like Andrew Bartley, Orlene Cummings, and Joyceline St.Hill would have their a$$es thrown in jail where they belong. Last I heard, Bartley and St. Hill were fighting for their jobs back! As if one dead child isn’t enough! I don’t know what ever became of their cases. I heard the cockroach, Orlene Cummings, retired and is getting a taxpayer funded pension! In other words, the city of New York is paying her Nixzmary Brown’s blood money.
IN- MOM’S BOYFRIEND FORCED BOY, 4, TO EAT HIS OWN VOMIT & HIT HIM, LEAVING BRUISES ON BUTT0CKS, ALLEGEDLY! Michael Garris, 29 The little boy didn’t want to eat. After the little boy ate his food and vomited it out, Michael Garris of 907 Busseron Street in Vincennes, IN. allegedly made him eat the vomit then assaulted him leaving bruises on his rear end.
Garris prepared the child some food to eat, but he didn’t like it. Garris allegedly forced the child to eat the food, which caused him to vomit on his plate.
Garris then allegedly forced the child to consume the vomit and later struck the child multiple times causing numerous bruises on his buttocks. The father of the child notified police after picking up his son later in the day and noticing bruises.

Then after another organization offers to pay the fee for you and is coming to get your child – the shelter kills your beloved son in a “mix up” because they were going to kill another child anyway????
Because King couldn’t pay the fee to get Jo out, Rescuing Animals In Nassau Humane Society, a local dog rescue, offered to help. E-mails sent back and forth with animal services make it clear Jo was to be turned over to the rescue and not euthanized. But on June 4, Jo got mixed up with another lab and was put down by accident.
