West Jordan » Jurors heard about candy pacifiers, pornographic websites and a medical condition that allegedly led Barton Jason Lewis Bagnes to don diapers bearing a Sesame Street character as the criminal trial for the man known as “Diaper Boy” began Thursday.
Bagnes, 33, is charged with felony sex exploitation and lewdness involving a child stemming from his encounter with two girls in a White City neighborhood last May.

Authorities tell The Grand Rapids Press the 25-year-old Wyoming resident tried to kill his 2-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter by forcing them last month to drink a concoction of brake fluid, rust treatment fluid, cold medicine and ibuprofen out of sippy cups.
According to police reports, Taylor admitted to striking Kaitlynn’s head with his palm,forcibly pushing her face into a mattress and throwing her against a wall. When asked why he handled her so roughly, Taylor told detectives, according to the report, he did not want his children to grow up to be taken advantage of.

The ongoing investigation by the NYPD and the Brooklyn district attorney found scores of child pornography photographs – including S&M shots with tied-up kids – on Sabo’s home computer, said one law enforcement source.
Many of the pictures found with the December 2009 search warrant showed adults engaged in sex with the kids – including Sabo, the source said.

The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeal in an opinion released Wednesday agreed with Donny D. Carper’s complaint about the prosecution’s failure to allow him to confront his accusers face-to-face. Carper said the state’s use of videotaped interviews of the victims violated his constitutional rights, and he also contended trial judge Mike Craig erred in admitting videotaped interviews of the children without the state calling them as witnesses and tendering them for cross-examination.

This piece of scum actually gave an interview, cowering in the shadows because of his “law enforcement” job. He’s actually killed before, helping in the state sponsored murder (execution) of John Albert Gardner. This executioner is a cop which doesn’t surprise me one bit. People take jobs with guns for a reason. So now we’ve got cops running around committing murder. This is what’s wrong with this country. This is why the world is such a hate filled & violent place – because people want to play semantics with the word murder and think that there’s nothing wrong with it. Talking about his participation in John Albert Taylor’s firing squad murder by the state, he says:
“It was anti-climactic,” he says. “Another day at the office.”
He has brought with him a stack of photos from Taylor’s autopsy, including one of the man’s heart, blown into three pieces.
Does he have any lingering effects from his role in the execution?
“I’ve shot squirrels I’ve felt worse about,” he says.
This guy sounds like a real serial killer that belongs behind bars himself. He’s just as much a killer as the man he killed!
