NH- 4 BOYS TATTOOED A PEN1S & DEROGATORY WORDS ON 14 YEAR OLD BOY’S B.UTTOCKS, ALLEGEDLY – PARENTS SAY BULLYING SWEPT UNDER RUG! Blake Vannest, 18, Travis Johnston, 18, Ryan Fisk, 19, Donald Concord, 20, Tammy & Mike Austin – parents The boys are only being charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The Austins said at least six people were in the basement watching their son kneel over a weight bench to get tattooed. At least 11 people were outside afterward when he was told to drop his pants to show the crowd…..In the weeks leading up to the incident, students began making fun of the freshman for wearing a Spiderman hat to school, at times taunting him with a song about it, the parents said. As the bullying progressed, students began calling him gay.

Jaylen Talley, 14 months old, Medical Examiner Jan Gorniak Jaylen Talley suffered from breathing problems since birth. An employee in the medical examiner’s office mixed up the two dead children. Released wrong body to funeral home & cremated little Jaylen Talley whose family wanted him buried. The employee who mixed up the bodies is on paid leave! Sandra Cantu, 8, Melissa Huckaby, Judge Linda Lofthus, Marsys Law Rape charges were dropped in exchange for Huckaby’s guilty plea. After a conviction a gag order – preventing details of the case from being released, is usually lifted but in this case it wasn’t. The family is fighting the lifting of the gag order. I’m assuming it’s because of details of the rape allegations. Sandra Cantu’s family is citing Marsy’s Law which prevents the victim from having to relive traumatic experiences by sealing the details. In this case, the victim is dead, there’s nothing for her to relive. This case will test the limits of Marsy’s Law on whether the rights of victims extend to their family members.
