HI- JUDGE RULES THAT ARMY CAN BE SUED IN CHILD ABUSE DEATH AFTER SOLDIER DAD BEATS GIRL, 5, TO DEATH, ALLEGEDLY! Talia Williams, 5, Army Spec. Naeem Williams – dad, Tarshia Williams, mom, Judge Alan Kay, Delilah Williams, stepmom I’m glad to hear this. Spec. Naeem Williams lived on an Air Force base with his daughter, Talia Williams and her stepmother. Step mom, Delilah Williams pled guilty to encouraging and participating in the abuse. The bio mom wanted to sue the Army for not investigating or reporting child abuse. Spec. Naeem Williams is currently awaiting criminal trial.
The Army argued it should not be sued, even if it made mistakes, because it was not under a legal duty to investigate evidence of child abuse. Attorneys for Tarshia Williams said Army employees and military police missed or ignored clues that Talia was being abused at home.
I also feel that in the Nixzmary Brown case, the Army should be sued as well. For those of you that don’t know, Nixzmary Brown is the little girl who this website, Child Abuse Headlines.Com was inspired by and dedicated to. Nixzmary was murdered in 2006 by her stepfather, Cesar Rodriguez. Rodriguez dunked little Nixzmary’s head under the cold bathtub water and fatally bashed her head into the bathtub faucet for taking a strawberry Jello Pudding snack from the fridge & over a broken computer printer. Before this, Rodriguez would keep little Nixzmary locked up in a room all day for hours and beat her everyday with a black leather belt. She was tied to a chair with duct tape over her mouth. Rodriguez repeatedly raped her, forced her to eat cat food and use a cat’s litter box for a toilet. All of this went on while her mother, Nixzaliz Santiago turned a blind eye. When Nixzmary Brown was found dead on the floor of her family’s apartment she was a mere 36 pounds, the weight of a 4 year old, her eyes blackened, her face sunken in upon itself from starvation and blue, purple, yellow and red bruises all over her rail thin body. In 2008, Cesar Rodriguez was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 29 years. Nixzmary’s mother got 43 years. Nixzmary Brown’s grandmother is suing New York City for a reported 250 million dollars. After little Nixzmary’s death, a law was passed in New York State called, “Nixzmary’s Law” mandating anyone who murders a child under age 14 in a cruel and wanton manner, a sentence of life without the possibility of parole. Here’s where the Army figures into this: Cesar Rodriguez was discharged from the Army for sending pornographic pictures of himself to a minor. He was never prosecuted despite being a sex predator. If the Army had reported this to civilian authorities, Cesar would never have been allowed to live in a house with minor children and Nixzmary Brown would be alive to this day. There’s no law requiring the Army to report sex offender soldiers to civilian authorities – there should be!!!! This should’ve been “Nixzmary’s Law”. This is why the Army should be sued – because if it wasn’t for their negligent actions, Nixzmary Brown would still be alive and her siblings would never have been abused by this monster. The Army is releasing these sex predators out into an unsuspecting public and nobody is the wiser! Someone should draw up legislation forcing them to inform civilian public officials.
LA- MOM’S BOYFRIEND PICKED UP BABY GIRL BY HER FEET, SHOOK HER & SLAMMED HER AGAINST THE FLOOR BECAUSE HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY, ALLEGEDLY – BOND = $500,000! Andrew Roberts, 20, Rubie Boland, 22 months old Andrew Roberts was babysitting Rubie Boland while her mom was at work.
The girl reported that her parents installed a motion activated camera in her bedroom where she was ordered to stand from early morning until just before going to bed for 12 days over Christmas break as punishment for her bad grades. She was only allowed to leave the corner to eat, use the restroom and do chores. She was ordered to the corner for 12 days. The girl also reported she was spanked by a belt, which resulted in bruises on her lower back and upper legs. The girl told investigators she contemplated suicide, but did not because she loved her pet dog. Her parents later sold the dog on Craig’s list.
CA- 2 PITBULLS RIP OFF 6 MONTH OLD BOY’S DIAPER & CHEW OFF HIS TESTICLES – MOM TO LOSE CUSTODY! Carrie McKinney, 22 Carrie McKinney reportedly left the baby boy strapped into a carrier on the floor of an apartment. While she and her friend were in another room, they heard the baby screaming! Carrie McKinney has already lost custody of 2 of her other children.
TN- WOMAN ADOPTS BOY, 7, FROM RUSSIA, DOESN’T WANT HIM ANYMORE BECAUSE HE’S “VIOLENT & ANGRY” THEN SENDS HIM BACK ON A PLANE TO RUSSIA, ALONE! Torry Hansen, 33, mom, Nancy Hansen –grandma, Artyom Savelyen, 7 –boy The little boy, Artyom Saveyen, told a tv reporter in Russia that Torry Hansen pulled his hair. I heard on a tv report on wcbstv (channel 2 in New York) that because of this incident a Russian official is calling for a ban on all American families from adopting Russian kids. Judge Mary Gibbons Whipple in Morristown ruled “a birthday party happens every year. A wedding is once-in-a-lifetime.” The judge said the girl should have the experience of wearing a special dress and shoes and eating cake and hearing wedding music.
Judge Mary Whipple is a moron! First of all, since 50% of all couples get divorced and then end up remarrying – weddings don’t happen once in a lifetime. I don’t know what planet this judge is living on. Secondly, Steven Miller is the girl’s biological father. According to the judge, birthdays happen every year. Not exactly. Suppose Steven Miller gets hit down by a car tomorrow and dies? Birthdays don’t happen every year because you don’t know if you’ll even be alive next year. How horrible is this little girl going to feel if something happens to her bio dad and she wasn’t there to celebrate his life when he wanted her to be.
NYC- PREGNANT WOMAN WALKING IN BETWEEN SUBWAY CARS IS TICKETED BY COP! Nora Hsu When Nora Hsu walked into the subway car, no one offered her their seat. She says she doesn’t ask anyone to get up and if they do that’s fine. When no one offered her a seat, she walked in between a non moving subway car. A cop spotted it and ticketed her. I’m going to have to agree with the ticket. She’s pregnant – what she did was endanger her child’s life! Yes the train was not moving but lets say it started. Those trains move fast underground. Suppose she had fallen, she’d be suing the City and could’ve had a miscarriage – and all because she had to much pride to ask someone for a seat. She could’ve exited through the train doors, stepped onto the platform and walked into another carriage, rather than walk between cars. That’s a legitimate alternative. I, myself have done that as opposed to walking through cars. Look, I agree that New York City cops are corrupt and ticket people on the subways for any little thing just to make money for the city – I’ll give her that. I’ve seen reports of cops ticketing people for leaving their bags on an empty seat during non rush hours times – even if no one else is in the car – just because it’s against subway rules.
