I agree with the Superior Court ruling. H.eterosexual relationships aren’t any better than h.omosexual ones. H.eterosexuals are just more common. Roaches are more common than humans also but it doesn’t make them any better – just more common.

Judge, mad that bio mom isn’t letting ex partner see the girl – gives custody of girl to ex-partner, Janet Jenkins! Bio mom now on the run with girl! This case could end up setting a precedent in this country, allowing step parents with no biological connections to a child to gain full custody! Janet Jenkins is a stepparent. She’s not biologically related to the child, never adopted her and was married (civil union) to the child’s mother – that makes her by definition, a stepparent. There are people that say that Jenkins is not a stepparent, that because she was legally married to the bio mom (civil union) that the case is no different than an infertile husband who’se wife is artificially insemi.nated, that the husband has legal rights to the child, just by virtue of being married to the mother. I’d say this: if you’re going to use that argument, then if a wife has an affair and becomes pregnant, under that argument, the husband would have legal rights to the baby born of an affair just because he was married to the mother at the time! Do we really want to give stepparents in this country legal rights over children after the bio parents divorces them? No. It’s not good for homos.exuals or h.eterosexuals. I can sympathize with Janet Jenkins but she should’ve adopted the baby and all of this would’ve been prevented.
DC- BILL IN CONGRESS TO BAN DISCRIMINATION IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS BASED ON SEXUAL ORIENTATION & GENDER IDENTITY – BIGOTS MAD! The Student Non-Discrimination Act (SNDA), or H.R. 4530, Colorado Rep. Jared Polis This bill is a good thing in that it prohibits discrimination of gay students in public schools. This is no different from banning discrimination of blacks in public schools. As can be expected, the homophobes are upset claiming they’re free speech rights against voicing opposition to gay “behavior” will be infringed on. First things first: free speech is not an absolute right. For ex.you can’t go to a public school and say to a black child that the Bible endorses slavery and say to that child that they should be a slave – claiming free speech. That’s considered harassment. Similarly, gay kids also have a right to be free from harassment at school. For those of you that think there’s a difference in that homosexuality is a “behavior” and being black is a characteristic that you can’t change – you’re wrong! Sexuality is not a behavior, it’s also a characteristic just like being left handed. All human being are born with a sexuality – be it heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality. Those are all characteristics of sexuality. Just like how there’s brown eyes, blue eyes and green eyes. Even celibates and virgins have a sexuality regardless of whether it’s acted upon or not. So you don’t have to be engaged in behavior to be considered heterosexual for ex. You just are. That’s the sexual characteristic you were born with. It’s like being left handed. A person is born left handed. Even if their hand breaks and they never use it again, they’re still considered to be left handed. Again, being homosexual is a characteristic of sexuality, it’s not a behavior. Bigots are claiming this bill will indoctrinate kids into being gay. Look, nobody can indoctrinate you into being something that you’re not. If you have blue eyes I can’t indoctrinate you into having brown ones. The bill just prevents you from harassing others. If you want to spew hatred, do it off school grounds.
