MD- BOY, 1, STARVED TO DEATH BY CULT BECAUSE HE DIDN’T SAY “AMEN”, ALLEGELDY – TRIAL STARTS! Javon Thompson, 1, Queen Antoinette, 41, Trevia Williams, 22, Marcus A. Cobbs, 23 The three defendants are representing themselves. After Javon Thompson was allegedly starved to death they reportedly prayed for his resurrection. When that didn’t happen they stuffed his body in a suitcase and hid it in a shed behind a home in Philadelphia. I remember Javon Thompson’s grandmother appearing on the Dr. Phil show, talking about this case awhile back.
….Javon’s mother, Ria Ramkissoon, was recruited into the cult and did nothing to stop her son from wasting away, even though she was “distraught” over his slow and agonizing death.Ramkissoon pleaded guilty last year to child abuse resulting in death and plans to testify against Antoinette, Williams and Cobbs. At her insistence, the plea deal included an extraordinary provision: If Javon comes back to life, the plea will be vacated.

Woodrow Allen Williams, 36 The little girl was outside playing with siblings, came back in with a blue or green marker on her face, he asked her if she had anything in her mouth, she began to cry and Woodrow Allen Williams allegedly slapped her on her face so hard he left finger marks! He claims it was to get whatever it was out of her mouth. Bull$hit! He probably slapped her because she had a marker mark on her face. I wonder how he would feel if someone b*tch slapped him in jail like he did to the little girl???
TX- COUPLE STARVED GIRL, 4; BOYFRIEND SAID HE DIDN’T FEED HER BECAUSE SHE WASN’T HIS CHILD, ALLEGEDLY! Robin Palafos, Luis Valenzuela The 4 year old girl weighed only 23 pounds. The mother said she was afraid of the boyfriend so she didn’t feed the little girl. Both the girl and her 8 year old sister were placed with child protective services.
AZ- UNCLE STARVED NIECE, 5, & WITHHELD HER MEDICATION & KEPT DEAD BODY IN BEDROOM, ALLEGEDLY – CHARGED WITH 1st DG. MURDER! Leonard Orta, 47, Kaiya Kapahu, 5 Kaiya Kapahu was from Hawaii. She suffered from Rett Syndrome. The treatment for it wasn’t available in Hawaii so she went to Arizona to stay with her uncle.
Orta’s elderly father found the body after he smelled an odor of decomposition coming from the bedroom. The two men got into a fight, and the father called police.

Note to Gary Walker: assaulting a child is wrong doing! Paddling, aka spanking, or whooping or whatever other name you want to dress it up as, all boils down to one word – violence! Spanking aka violence is not discipline. Children should not be assaulted in school by their teachers and hitting them on the b.uttocks is sexual battery. If you hit an unconsenting adult on their b.uttocks, you’d be arrested for sexual battery and thrown in jail. So it’s not okay to sexually batter an adult but yet its perfectly acceptable to sexually batter a child??? What’s wrong with that picture? Dogs have more rights than children. Stand out in the middle of the street and hit a dog with a paddle. Watch what happens. You’ll be arrested for animal cruelty. You’ll be in jail before you know it. So you can’t hit dogs, you can’t hit women, you can’t hit prisoners – the only group that you can legally hit are children – the most vulnerable group! Wake up, America. That’s why the world is the violent place that it is today, because if people will get violent with children, they’ll get violent with anybody.
The lawsuit claims William Cody Childress, a 16-year-old Independence High School student, was paddled “with excessive force” last year for looking at a camera in class.

Part of the 911 call was released on Monday.
“I need someone. A dog mauled a baby, she’s dead. Please hurry. There’s a dog, and oh my God, the baby, the 3-year-old, she got in the dog pen,” the caller said….the 3-year-old girl was killed by dog that was tied to a tree while the girl’s mother, Lori Haaker, went inside the house. Police said when the mother returned, she interrupted the attack, but her daughter was already dead.

Charles Raby, Edna Franklin, 72, Sarah Frazier, lawyer Here’s an older article I found about the new DNA test. ARTICLE ON DNA TEST According to the website, Charles Raby was illiterate when the police made him sign a confession saying that he murdered Edna Franklin. He claims he thought he was signing the statement that he made. After 15 years, new DNA testing proves his DNA wasn’t in the house but the prosecutor refuses to release him due to the confession. Texas has been known to wrongfully put innocent people to death. I don’t know if that’s the case here but I thought the site was interesting so I posted it. The death penalty is murder, plain and simple. It’s not “justice” it’s pre mediatated murder. Murder is wrong no matter who does it. If a person runs into your house and steals your furniture, is the state going to steal from the person’s house? No. If a person rapes a woman, is the state going to in turn rape them? No. So by the same token, if a person murders another person, the state shouldn’t in turn murder them! That makes the government no better than the murderer.
