MA- COUPLE OVERDOSED GIRL, 4, ON PS.YCHOTROPIC DRUGS TO KEEP HER QUIET & OUT OF THEIR WAY, ALLEGEDLY, GIRL DIED – MOM CONVICTED! Rebecca Riley, 4, Carolyn Riley, Michael Riley, Dr. Kayoko Kifuji Prosecutors say the mother, Carolyn Riley, fabricated symptoms of mental illness to the doctors, about Rebecca Riley, just to have little Rebecca declared mentally disabled so the family could collect Social Security Disability payments. They’d then drug her up with the medicine so they wouldn’t have to deal with her.

The photo, taken by police after her mother found her dead on the floor of their bedroom, shows the little girl wearing only a pink pull-up diaper, lying on a pile of magazines and clothing and a stuffed bear. She had a pink liquid oozing from her nose and mouth.

FL- COP ON TRIAL FOR ABUSING BABY GIRL WHO HAD INTERNAL BLEEDING FROM LIVER & SPLEEN, BROKEN RIBS & MARKS ON HER BODY, ALLEGEDLY! Officer Herbert Wade Priester, 39 The girl is now 3 years old.
FL- CAYLEE ANTHONY: MOM ACCUSED OF CHLOROFORMING GIRL, 2, SO SHE COULD GO OUT PARTYING, ALLEGEDLY, GIRL’S SKELETON FOUND IN WOODS WITH DUCT TAPE & HEART SHAPED STICKER OVER MOUTH – UPDATE: MOM’S LAWYER FILED MOTION TO GET RECORDS FROM SEARCH GROUP, TEXAS EQUU SEARCH! Casey Anthony, Jose Baez The defense had previously filed a motion for these records from the search group who was looking for Caylee when she first disappeared but a judge denied their request back then to subpoena the records. Texas Equu Search recently released records to the media so the defense is now saying to the judge that since the records were released to the media, that Ms. Anthony should also have access to them.
On a side note, I’ve been doing a lot of research on this case recently. It’s a lot, it’s 2 ½ years worth but here’s a scenario that isn’t really popular but could’ve theoretically happened. Grandma Cindy Anthony was swimming in the family pool with little Caylee on 6-15-08. Afterwards, she took the ladder away and closed the gate. The next day on 6-16-08, mom, Casey Anthony, reportedly made a flurry of phone calls to her parents that went unanswered. (If something happened to Caylee, this could’ve been the day it happened on) On 6-17-08 the grandmother noticed the gate to the swimming pool was open and the ladder was next to the pool! It’s possible the little girl could’ve drowned in the pool, mom Casey Anthony could’ve panicked and buried the body. That’s not to say she wasn’t chloroforming Caylee but that’s separate from Caylee accidentally drowning. I read investigators also suspected that Caylee might’ve drowned in the pool. Anyway, it’s just a scenario that could’ve happened, aside from the mother deliberately killing her, the meter reader who “found” Caylee’s body killing her, or Caylee dying of a chloroform overdose. The drowning theory doesn’t explain why Caylee’s skeleton was found with duct tape over the mouth though.

NOT CHILD ABUSE BUT NOTABLE:
WA- GRASS LONGER THAN 8 INCHES NOW ILLEGAL IN LYNWOOD, WASHINGTON! Coucilman Loren Simmonds They’re claiming they want people to “take pride in ownership”. This makes me sick to my stomach! There are people that prefer grass a little on the longer side. So let me get this straight, short grass is something to be “proud” of but long grass isn’t??? Who the hell thought up that little gem? It’s like trying to dictate hair length. Is short hair better than long hair? I don’t think so. Nosy neighbors are complaining their property values are going down because potential buyers don’t like long grass. OK. Well what if potential buyers don’t like hippies with long hair should we make all neighbors wear their hair short??? What if potential buyers don’t like minorities, should we exclude them from being in the neighborhood for bringing property value down??? The government has no d@mn business telling homeowners what they should and shouldn’t do with their yards!!! It’s like taking you’re personal taste and legislating it! This is America, that’s something people like Councilman Loren Simmonds seems to have forgotten. What’s the point of having grass if you’re just going to cut it all off??? Personally, I prefer grass on the longer side and I also like those little yellow dandelions and the white ones that look like a spider. I remember once, I had to walk by a stretch of road everyday that was owned by the city and the grass to the side of the road was long and it had both the yellow and the spider like dandelions and I thought it was so pretty. It also had tan stalks that sort of look like wheat. I don’t know what they’re called. Then one day I came walking up the familiar road and my stomach dropped! I had a lump in my throat. I had to do a double take to make sure I was seeing right. Much to my horror all of the beautiful little dandelions were gone! The grass was short and bare, it was disgusting to look at. I wanted to spit! (on the city workers, not on the lawn) Then after that the city sent workers to cut it more regularly. Sometimes I’d walk by them doing their butchery. I’d curse to myself and wish they’d get a limb caught in the lawn mower!
This law on enforcing personal taste, seems to be Unconstitutional in that it violates the 4th Amendment under Unreasonable Search & Seizure. It’s the government seizing your lawn for no valid reason other than appeasing people’s personal tastes. Also, the Constitution protects against retroactive laws. They want everybody who owns property in Lynwood Washington, prior to this law taking effect, to now abide by it. It’s possible that people would not have moved to Lynwood in the first place if they knew the government was legislating taste.
