MA- COUPLE OVERDOSED GIRL, 4, ON PYSCHOTROPIC DRUGS TO KEEP HER QUIET & OUT OF THEIR WAY, ALLEGEDLY, GIRL DIES- UPDATE: 2nd DAY OF MOM’S TRIAL! Rebecca Riley, 4, Carolyn Riley, Michael Riley Prosecutors say, the mother, Carolyn Riley, fabricated symptoms of mental illness to the doctors, about Rebecca Riley, just to have little Rebecca declared mentally disabled so the family could collect Social Security Disability payments.
Here’s a description of the crime scene photo. Rebecca was found lying on the floor next to her parent’s bed:
The photo, taken by police after her mother found her dead on the floor of their bedroom, shows the little girl wearing only a pink pull-up diaper, lying on a pile of magazines and clothing and a stuffed bear. She had a pink liquid oozing from her nose and mouth.
On the 2nd day of testimony in Carolyn Riley’s trial, several staff members from Rebecca Riley’s school testified. A former counselor, Kimberly Stetz, said the mother showed up to the school saying her $200 gift card to Wal-Mart & Stop N Shop had been stolen that Stetz gave her. Carolyn Riley was asking Stetz if she had the original receipt for the gift card so she could try to recoup the money from the store! This is only 24 hours after Rebecca Riley died.
Another counselor at the school, Daniel Birolini, said Carolyn Riley didn’t seem concerned at all about her older son, Gerard, 11, who was just placed into foster care after Rebecca’s death.
The parents then hit the road again, where they went to see the principal of their other daughter’s school, Gary Pelletier. He was in charged of a high school reunion that both Carolyn & Michael Riley were to attend. They wanted to know if he could reimburse them the $25 they paid!

So the parents were more concerned with getting back gift card money & high school reunion money only hours after their daughters death. That tells me all they can think about is money, money, money. So when the prosecutor says they fabricated symptoms of mental illness about Rebecca just to have her declared mentally disabled so they can collect Social Security disability money – I’m more inclined to believe him.
NYC- NEW YORK MAYOR ANNOUNCES MERGER OF ACS & JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM! Mayor Michael Bloomberg In New York City, CPS (child protective services) is called ACS (Administration for Children’s Services) Here’s another ARTICLE WITH MORE DETAILS on the merger. The idea is to put less kids in jail and allow them to return home under strict supervision from ACS workers, that they meet educational goals etc. Here’s my take on this: ACS can’t even protect 7 year olds, how are they gonna watch kids on probation???? Let probation officers do that and leave ACS workers to watch kids in danger of being killed by their parents!!! This idea is basically turning ACS workers into probation officers! Now there’s gonna be a shortage of ACS workers to inspect child abuse cases because they’ll be busy checking up on the neighborhood teen drug dealer!!!! I applaud Mayor Bloomberg for wanting to keep more kids out of jail and I’m all for that idea but this is not the way to do it. Let probation officers handle the court kids. Using ACS workers as probation officers is going to create nothing but a bunch of dead 7 year olds! We’re going backwards not forward. Didn’t New York City learn anything from the Nixzmary Brown case?
GA- MTV REALITY SHOW STAR BROKE INFANT DAUGHTER’S BONES, ALLEGEDLY! Markice Anthony Moore, 23, aka “Kesan”, From G’s To Gents “The infant girl’s arms and wrists, right leg and right collar bone, and three ribs were broken, and the child had bruises to her face, eyes, ears, back, chest and rear after being with Moore on Aug. 1, police said. The child was younger than 1 at the time of the incident, Smith said.”
WI- DAD MURDERED 5 WEEK OLD TWINS FOUND LYING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER UNDER THE BED, ALLEGEDLY – TRIAL DATE SET! David R. Yates, 47, Tyler & Savannah Yates – 5 weeks old The twins died from blunt force trauma to the head. Trial set for October.
TX- MAN CUTS OFF 2 YEAR OLD NIECE’S HEAD WITH A MACHETE & SHOT 4 FAMILY MEMBERS AFTER FAMILY DISPUTE, THEN TRIED TO BREAK INTO NEIGHBOR’S HOUSE, N.AKED, ALLEGEDLY! Maron Thomas, 20- defendant, Debra Washington, 54-mother, George T. Washington, 69-stepdad, Kiana Phearse, 25- sister, Khalilah Chambers-Massey, 2- niece. Cedric Thomas, 19- brother Maron Thomas reportedly cut off his 2 year old niece’s head which was found not far from her body, shot everyone, and his brother’s naked body was found outside in the woods.
SC- BOY, 12, IN FOSTER CARE, BIKE FOUND ABANDONED AT A MCDONALD’S – MISSING! Brett Smith, 12 I heard on the Nancy Grace show that the boy might have been looking for his biological family. He’s still missing.
TN- 2 MEN CHARGED WITH SEX CRIMES AGAINST MINORS! Robinson Tate Lindsay, 26, Matthew R. Conrad, 22
”A separate investigation resulted in charges against Conard of soliciting the sexual exploitation of a minor and solicitation of a minor. He is also charged with sending nude photographs to an underage child over the Internet and additionally is charged with soliciting an underage child for sexual purposes, according to Gault.The investigation revealed Lindsey allegedly sent nude photographs to a minor over the Internet”

PA- MAN SMOKED CRACK BEFORE DRIVING 4 KIDS TO SCHOOL, REPORTEDLY! Michael Brown, 39 The station wagon was filled with trash and the crack pipe was reportedly buried in it. The four kids were ages 7 -11. They don’t belong to Michael Brown and were not wearing seat belts.

Authorities say the girl had numerous injuries to her body. An arrest warrant accuses Howard of intentionally causing the girl’s death by multiple head injuries and that he used his hand/fist.”
