MA- COUPLE OVERDOSED GIRL, 4, ON PSYCHOTROPIC DRUGS TO KEEP HER QUIET & OUT OF THEIR WAY, ALLEGEDLY, SHE DIED – MOM ON TRIAL! Rebecca Riley, 4, Carolyn Riley, Michael Riley The father is scheduled to go on trial after the mother. According to the news report, the mother, Carolyn Riley, fabricated symptoms of mental illness to the doctors, about Rebecca Riley, just to have Rebecca declared mentally disabled so the family could collect Social Security Disability payments.
The photo, taken by police after her mother found her dead on the floor of their bedroom, shows the little girl wearing only a pink pull-up diaper, lying on a pile of magazines and clothing and a stuffed bear. She had a pink liquid oozing from her nose and mouth.
Carolyn Riley showed little emotion after her daughter was found dead, Middleton said. Later that day, he said, when Carolyn and Michael Riley went to get their daughter’s things at her school, the principal saw them “joking and laughing” outside the school.
Carolyn Riley took Rebecca to a psychiatrist at 28 months old hoping Rebecca would be diagnosed with a mental illness so the family could get Social Security Disability payments, allegedly. During Rebecca’s last days alive she contracted pneumonia and Carolyn Riley reportedly refused to take her to a doctor even though three people living with them asked her to. She bough Rebecca cold medicine instead. The prosecutor showed a note from Carolyn Riley where she says she’s getting $2,668 dollars per month and was hoping for an additional $633 a month if she could prove to a doctor that little Rebecca had a mental disability. Dr. Kayoko Kifuji diagnosed Rebecca with ADHD at 2 years old and Bipolar at 3 years old. The prosecutor showed a crime scene photo to the jury. A school nurse named, Ellen McCarthy also testified that Rebecca was lethargic at school and that she showed no signs of any “aggressive” or “violent” behavior that Carolyn Riley described. This is just my opinion but it’s pretty obvious to me that this b*tch of a woman, Carolyn Riley, didn’t give two sh*ts about her own daughter and was just using that little girl to collect money. She fabricated all of those symptoms, just to make doctors think Rebecca was crazy so her and her greedy, corrupt husband could rake in the bucks at Rebecca’s expense. Reading the description of the crime scene photo, it almost brought me to tears. I hope this b*tch is convicted and rots! This little girl deserved so much better than those pieces of trash she had for parents!

The judge and prosecutor should be disbarred!! They’re both a disgrace to the legal profession. Apparently Wisconsin doesn’t take child torture seriously.

Eric Presley The ruling was based on a case where Eric Presley, convicted of cocaine trafficking argued that his Constitutional right to a public trial was violated when the judge closed the courtroom during questioning of prospective jurors.
The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the constitutional right to a public trial in criminal cases means that jury selection, including questioning of prospective jurors, should not be done behind closed doors.
