Each girl took the stand Thursday nd described what Q!inones allegedly did to them. One of those girls, now nine years old said, “He used his finger and rubbed and touched my privates.”
Quinones was found not guilty of the most serious charges, including rape, but was convicted of several other charges, including statutory sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault.

VA- 13 MONTH OLD BOY FORGOTTEN IN DAYCARE VAN FOR 8 HOURS IN 84 DEGREE HEAT, DIED. DAYCARE OWNER’S SON WHO DROVE VAN GETS 6 MONTHS OF HOME CONFINEMENT, JUDGE DISMISSES CASE AGAINST DAYCARE OWNER! Yellow Brick Road Daycare, Keishawn Whitfield –driver, Valerot Whitlow –owner, Andrew Johnson, 13 months old Andrew Johnson was left in the van for 8 hours. Even though the temperature was 84 degrees, the temp. inside the van would’ve felt like 120 degrees. I’m truly in shock. 6 months for the life of a baby and not even 6 months in jail??? This is a blatant miscarriage of justice. You could pull a mushroom out of the ground, smoke it and be thrown in jail for the rest of your life but cause a child’s death and you get to sit in the lap of luxury in your own home, watching tv, drinking beer and tucked in at night? What the hell is wrong with that picture????

ID- MAN CONVICTED OF IMPREGNATING GIRL, 12, SEEKS APPEAL! James Henry Crumble, 53 He was sentenced to life. He’s filing on the basis of ineffective counsel and prosecutorial misconduct. “Crumble blames his attorney for failing to suppress a pre-sentence report and claims the judge abused his discretion for withdrawing from a plea agreement calling for a lesser sentence. He also claims the victim was being molested by her father, but says the prosecutor never pursued those claims.”
WY- 1 MONTH OLD BABY’S DEATH SUSPICIOUS! Bernadine Chavez-Taylor, 1 month old The mother has since been arrested on another charge unrelated to this case. “The baby, Bernadine Chavez-Taylor, was lying on a couch with her mother, said Fremont County Coroner Ed McAuslan. Authorities discovered the baby about 8:30 a.m. at the home on East Washington, according to the police log. They were there in response to a call reporting a child not breathing.”
VT- MAN GETS OUT OF BLACK CAR & GRABS BOY, 13, WHO FIGHTS & IS THROWN INTO SNOW BANK – MAN WANTED! Incident happened in St. Albans, VT. The man in his 20’s was driving a black Audi. “The boy said he remembers the license plate of the attacker started with an “E” and contains “24″ in the numeric sequence.”

The mother had reportedly left five children in the care of Contreras-Juarez for about 15 minutes on Jan. 7, according to court records. About three hours after returning, the woman went to the boy’s bedroom to check on him.
According to court records, she found her son unresponsive and vomiting, so she called 911. Doctors said the child also had bruises all over his body, and his bowel was eviscerated requiring surgery.
Two days later, one of the children told detectives that he saw Contreras-Juarez punching the child.

Adrienne Feistel, 36 “The prosecutor argued in trial that Feistel molested the boy, who is now 16, on numerous occasions, starting when he was 12. She was close friends with the boy’s older teenage sister, and lived briefly with the family in Lomita, according to the testimony. At one point, the boy’s mother caught Feistel asleep in bed with the boy and kicked her out.”

Roughly two dozen other states also have laws that criminalize adultery, said Jonathan Turley, a Georgetown University law professor, who views the laws as “clearly … unconstitutional.” Most such laws were written long ago when legislators cited morality to pass laws against homosexuality, fornication and other offenses, Turley said.
