Major Gonzalez, 11 months old Child abuse allegations: Cops responded to the call in Brooklyn NY about an 11 month old baby, Major Gonzalez who was having a hard time breathing. He had a bump on his forehead and died at the hospital. Cops investigating.
NE- PARENTS DROPPED THEIR TEEN SON OFF AT A HOSPITAL UNDER OLD BABY SAFE HAVEN LAWS, JUDGE ISSUED A GAG ORDER – ORDER LIFTED DUE TO FREE SPEECH VIOLATIONS! The Safe Haven Laws were later changed in Nebraska to say that only infants can be left at hospitals.
NE- MAN EXPOSES HIMSELF TO GIRL, 9, & RAPED HER TWICE – GETS 25-40 YEARS! James McConnell, 39
NE- WOMAN TEACHER ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTING A MINOR 7 YEARS AGO, MISTRIAL DECLARED, SHE CURRENTLY PLEADS NO CONTEST TO CONTRIBUTING TO DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR & GIVING HIM ALCOHOL! Stephanie Draper, 37 “The man who said Draper assaulted him, who is now 21, told police he contacted Draper before reporting the assault and demanded $5,000 to keep quiet about the relationship.”
After a more thorough examination, doctors diagnosed the baby, a boy, with multiple rib fractures, a bruised abdomen and a bruised left ear.
The other two infants were also in bad shape, investigators said. Pediatricians said a girl had fractures in both arms, and another boy suffered rib fractures, a fractured skull and a bite bruise on his abdomen.

Jennifer Pastore, 39, of 4 Fullmar Lane, allegedly told the daughter to lie about her father and passed off three drawings, supposedly showing the father having sex with another man, as her daughter’s.
But the 5-year-old girl told a counselor the pictures were fakes that her mother drew…
GA- 5 WEEK OLD BABY STARTS CRYING IN CAR, BOY, 12, PUNCHES BABY TO DEATH TO “COMFORT” HER, ALLEGEDLY! Brittany Young, boy’s cousin Child abuse allegations: Brittany Young left her 12 year old cousin in the car with her 5 week old baby daughter while she ran into Target. The boy reportedly said the baby started to cry and he “comforted” her. His comfort consisted of giving her multiple skull fractures, reportedly!

Anthony Mines, 24 Child abuse allegations: Anthony Mines had the nerve to say that the baby fell on a Halloween bucket! The other two kids were ages 4 and 6. Anthony Mines claims he found the toddler lethargic and unresponsive and 4 minutes later took him to the hospital. I suppose he never heard of 911.
IN- BOYFRIEND BEATS BOY, 12, WITH BELT, LEAVING BRUISES ON HIS BODY FOR HAVING FRIENDS OVER WHEN ADULTS WEREN’T HOME – GETS 2 YEARS! Thomas L. Betty, 55 2 years for child abuse ? You could pull a mushroom out of the ground, smoke it and get more time than that!
ME- WOMAN SCHOOL BUS DRIVER CHARGED DROVE DRUNK, ALLEGELDY! Jan Mooney, Saco Middle School Child abuse allegations: Cops received an anonymous tip she may have been drinking. She was pulled off a parked bus and taken to police station. The bus was about to pick up middle school kids.

AZ- WOMAN KILLS FIANCE’S 3 YEAR OLD SON & BURIES HIM IN A SHALLOW GRAVE – CONVICTED! Heather Nicole Miller, 24, Isaiah Vargas, 3 The sentencing for Heather Nicole Miller is for Feb. 9th 2010. The child abuse started before she became the wicked stepmother!
AZ- COURTS RULE THAT PREDATORS WHO LURE ARIZONA MINORS ONLINE FOR SEX CAN BE PROSECUTED IN ARIZONA REGARDLESS OF WHERE COMPUTER ACTIVITY ORIGINATED FROM! Sama Yegan Child abuse allegations: Sama Yegan was accused of luring an Arizona 14 year old online for sex from California. It was really an undercover cop.
AR- 2 MEN BURN A CROSS IN YARD OF WHITE WOMAN & HER 3 BIRACIAL CHILDREN – GET 15 MONTHS! Jacob Wingo, 20, Clayton Morrison, 30, Loretta Marie Slaughter-Shirah As disgusting as cross burning is, legally speaking it is protected under the 1st Amendment despite laws to the contrary. The first Amendment protects unpopular speech. Cross burning is definitely unpopular and therefore protected speech. If you believe in the 1st Amendment, you have to take the bad with the good. That doesn’t mean they had a right to go on her property and harass her. But the way the law is, if you even burn a cross on your own property you could be arrested.
VA- COLLEGE KID OPENS FIRE IN CLASSROOM, ALLEGEDLY! Northern Virginia Community College, Jason Michael Hamilton, 20 After he reportedly opened fire, he left and was arrested in a hallway. No one was hurt.
NJ- DAD FINDS MOM & INFANT STABBED IN HOME! BABY WAS STABBED TWICE IN STOMACH! Child abuse allegations: The baby was 6 months old and was stabbed twice in the stomach. The mother was badly beaten and stabbed multiple times. Dad being interviewed.
CA- STEPDAD SHAKES 2 MONTH OLD BABY, ALLEGEDLY, BRINGS HER TO HOSPITAL IN FULL CARDIAC ARREST, RESUSITATED – JUDGE ORDERED SHE BE TAKEN OFF LIFE SUPPORT! Donald Hillman, 33, stepdad OK. I have some major problems with this story. Why in the hell is a judge ordering the state to kill a baby by taking her off life support??? Doesn’t the baby have relatives to make that decision? The article never said the baby was brain dead. Then they have the nerve to charge the stepdad with homicide?!? That judge should be charged with homicide right alongside the stepdad!!! He’s the one who ordered the baby killed.
CA- KICK A GINGER DAY CHARGES MIGHT BE DROPPED! 3 KIDS CHARGED WITH BEATING UP RED HEADED KIDS MIGHT ENTER A DIVERSION PROGRAM RATHER THAN FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES! A.E. Wright Middle School Child abuse allegations: Two 12 year olds and one 13 year old were charged with beating up red headed kids because Facebook postings were telling them to. The Facebook postings were based upon a South Park tv episode about kicking “gingers”. This is very discriminatory for the charges to be dropped just because the victims were redheads. If the victims were Black or Jewish, those kids would be charged with hate crimes, not be entering any “diversion program”! I say, throw their little a$$es in juvie!

CA- BOY, 11, GROPED BY MAN INSIDE OF SCHOOL BATHROOM – MAN WANTED! Child abuse allegations: When the boy entered the bathroom the man pushed him into a stall and groped him, boy slides under stall door & escapes! Teacher saw unidentified man leaving the bathroom.
CA- MOM CHARGED WITH TRYING TO PAY FOR HER 7 YEAR OLD SON TO BE KIDNAPPED FROM A FOSTER FAMILY & TAKEN TO TIJUANA! Niveen Ismail The article never said why the boy was taken from the bio mom. The boy was living with the foster family since 2005. The foster family was in the process of adopting him! This bothers me. Obviously the mother loved her son enough to want to flee the country with him and we all know the state has a financial incentive to take kids away from their parents. For every child yanked out of their home and put into foster care, as well as adopted out, – the state makes a boatload of money. Why was the boy taken from the mother??? Children have a right to be raised by their biological, blood parent and not some strangers that can’t have children of their own.

The contracts are valued at $450,000. “The meeting was filled mostly with opponents of the contracts, many from the Texas Alliance for Life, who urged the board to vote against using property tax money to finance abortions for low-income women.”

The affidavit states Perea “grabbed both her wrists, raised them above her head, and pinned them down.” The girl said she tried screaming “Stop!” After Perea left the room, she said she laid curled up, staring at her cell phone. The next day, she told her sister what happened.

MD- WOMAN KIDNAPS PREGNANT WOMAN, DUCT TAPES HER & TRIED TO CUT BABY OUT OF WOMAN’S STOMACH, ALLEGEDLY! Veronica Deramous, Teka Adams Veronica Deramous has been arrested. When Veronica Deramous was asleep, Teka Adams managed to escape the apartment and a neighbor called police. She delivered and named her baby “Miracle Sky”. Child Abuse allegations:
When police found Adams her “abdomen was cut and her intestines, stomach and placenta were exposed,” according a police report. In the apartment, officers found bloody towels and a bowl with water and washcloths on a bedroom floor…..
Deramous had her 17-year-old son hold Adams’ hands behind her back as she bound her with duct tape and then held her in a bedroom for several days. Her son has not been charged….
On Saturday, Deramous told Adams: “You’re strong, you can handle what I’m going to do to you,” the report said. She then turned up the volume of the TV in the bedroom, gagged Adams and began to cut her abdomen open. Adams moaned in pain and Deramous stopped, police said.

She reportedly said she killed because she wanted to know what it felt like!

TN- MAN ARRESTED FOR CALLING 911 WHILE DRUNK, ALLEGEDLY! Robert C. Zettwoch He called 911 47 times over the past year. When asked why he was calling 911, he reportedly said, “just drunk”!
VA- RASTAFARIAN INMATES SEGREGATED FOR 10 YEARS FOR REFUSING TO CUT THEIR HAIR! The prison policy is that male inmates have to have hair above their collars for hygenic reasons and to avoid concealing contraband. We all know that’s a crock of $h*t! It’s discriminatory in that it targets men and not women. The Rastafarians were claiming religious exemptions, the ACLU sued on behalf of them and Muslim inmates and lost the case. There is no good reason for this policy except to humiliate people.

Since today is the 29th anniversary of John Lennon’s death, I thought I’d include this bit of info: NYC- BEATLE, JOHN LENNON GIVEN NO FUNERAL & HE WAS BURNED OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH BY WIDOW, DESPITE HIS FEAR OF CREMATION!
According to controversial biographer Albert Goldman, “Lennon had a horror of cremation, a practice that he inveighed against and once proposed to protest in a song. Despite his aversion, his widow arranged to have his body burned.” And from the Channel 4 documentary “The Real John Lennon”, it is clear that none of his family in England were consulted about the perfunctory disposal of his body.
John’s 5 year old son Sean wasn’t told the awful news until the morning of 10 December. Understandably distraught, he asked to see his father one last time, so Lennon’s assistant Fred Seaman rang security man Douglas MacDougal at Ferncliff Mortuary and asked him to hold off on the cremation. It was too late.
But it gets worse.
According to Seaman’s account in his book “The last days of John Lennon”, MacDougal told him that John’s face had been serene and calm until just before the body entered the oven, when suddenly it contorted into a “pained, macabre grin” apparently due to rigor mortis.
