A group of New Mexico defense attorneys is pushing to change DWI laws after an Edgewood man was recently convicted for DWI even though he wasn’t driving.
Fidencio Francia was convicted of DWI a few weeks ago after he was caught by police drunk and sleeping in his truck.
Francia admits he drank, but he insists he did not drive. He lost the case anyway. That has many New Mexicans outraged.

One of Dr. Scott Blankenburg’s attorneys plans to travel around the world to prove the people in the pictures are not children. Attorney Jack Garretson has spent months tracking down who took the pornographic photos his client is accusing of having.
Garretson will go to London and Montreal later this month to take depositions from the porn producers who are expected to tell him on videotape that the models were all adults when the photos were taken.

Lakesha Victor, 10, Ti-Heim Darrien Coston – asst., Ludusky Sue Hotchkiss, mom Lakesha Victor’s mother, Ludusky Sue Hotchkiss has been charged with second degree murder.
She died in August 2006, just before school was about to start. She weighed 31 pounds at her death because police say her mother stopped feeding her. An investigation into her death showed she had lost 34 percent of her body weight in less than four months.
MO- 15 MONTH OLD BABY GIRL BITTEN BY PITBULL LAST WEEK WILL REQUIRE SURGERY TO SAVE ONE OF HER EYES! The girl and her mother were visiting a neighbor’s house and the little girl was playing with the dog. I know animal rights people say there’s nothing wrong with pitbulls but updating this site everyday, I say, bullsh*t! Like hell there’s nothing wrong with them. Every week I read about kids bitten by pitbulls. Don’t use your kids as sacrificial lambs to test your own theories about pitbulls being non violent. It’s like people in the 1950’s claiming cigarettes weren’t bad for them, nevermind the fact that everyone around them were dropping dead like flies! How much more proof do you need? Don’t believe me? Go through the archives for childabuseheadlines. You’ll find lots of stories about kids bitten by pitbulls. Now this poor little girl might lose an eye without surgery. I blame you, mom. You should’ve known better!

Port Chester police said 63-year-old Jeffrey Borsk, of 7 Pilgrim Drive, Greenwich, went to a North Regent Street home at 7 a.m. Thursday holding a clear, plastic container and threatened the girl who answered the door.
“The owner of the home heard his daughter yelling for him,” said Lt. James Ladeairous, who described the encounter as one of the stranger incidents they have dealt with.

The law, passed in 2000, allows the federal government to try former soldiers, their spouses and contractors in civilian courts for crimes that occurred overseas.
I’m glad he was convicted. He’s exactly where he belongs. The only thing worst than a child killer is a child rapist.

COLD CASES: NYC- 2 BOYS KIDNAPPED FROM THE SAME PARK IN HARLEM! Christopher Dansby, Shane Walker, 19 months old, Rosa Walker – Shane’s mom In May of 1989, Christopher Dansby was kidnapped. A few months later, 19 month old Shane Walker was kidnapped from the same park.
The boys were playing in the same area of the park when they disappeared — Walker at 5 p.m. on a Thursday, Dansby at 7 p.m. on a Thursday.
Moments before they went missing, the boys were playing with the same children — a 10-year-old girl and her 5-year-old brother, according to news reports….
According to his mother, Shane was sitting on a bench with her and eating potato chips when the children approached and asked if he could play.
Shane Walker’s mom said a man sat down next to her and started talking about crime and even children being kidnapped. Personally, I think those same two children, the boy and girl, that were playing with both kids before they were kidnapped – they are related to the kidnapper. It’s to much of a coincidence.

Alright. Let me say up front that I’ve watched this video a hundred, billion, zillion, catillion times! I love this lawyer! She threw a little hissy fit! LOL. I can not believe that guard had the nerve to take the paper out of Joanne Cuccia’s file! And what’s worst, it was two of them. As if one wasn’t bad enough, now you have Beavis and Butt Head. I like the part in the video where after the client tells her what happens Joanne Cuccia is standing there with her arms up in disbelief. Then after the judge calls them all up to the bench, that little sissy guard actually touches her on her arm! As if stealing from her wasn’t bad enough! She’s huffing and puffing. Then afterwards Joanne Cuccia goes back to the podium and makes a big stink out of it and a throws a fit! LOL. I like when she calls the prosecutor, “sour grapes” and then at 5:54 in the video, she takes the file and throws it down on the desk as if to say, “you want it? Take it”! Really, the guards have no business going through a lawyer’s documents. There’s lawyer client confidentiality. The problem is, with that thug sheriff, Joe Arpaio, down there, the guards think they can do anything. I’m glad he was found in contempt. What Joanne Cuccia did was stand up on behalf of all of the lawyers in Arizona. She should be given a medal by the Bar.
