He’s a good for nothing, collecting a check while a little girl is being raped in the backyard because he’s to lazy to inspect the whole property, allegedly! He should have to pay back the state of California all the money he collected since he wasn’t really doing his job!

Alyssa Bustamante, 15, Elizabeth Olten, 9 Alyssa Bustamante was seen on a Youtube video throwing her and her little brother up against an electric fence. She reportedly said she wanted to kill to see what it feels like. The most eerie part about this story is that there were 2 graves dug. That tells me she was planning to kill someone else.
