CHILD ABUSE NEWS – 10/9/09
NIXZMARY BROWN was a 7 year old girl who was starved to a skeletal looking 36 pounds, imprisoned in her room, kept duct taped to a chair, raped orally, forced to use a cat’s litter box for a bathroom & eat cat food, then finally beaten to death, her head bashed into a bathtub faucet, for taking a strawberry Jello pudding snack from her family’s fridge and over a broken computer printer. Her death caused an overhaul to New York City’s ACS (child protective services) system and today, Friday, October 9th 2009, three years after little Nixzmary was brutally murdered, the Governor of the State Of New York, David Patterson, signed a law bearing her name to protect children. The new law says that the maximum punishment for torturing a child under 14 to death is life in prison without parole. Here’s a quote from the Governor’s press release:
“The signed bills include A.5080 / S.6091 – often referred to as ‘Nixzmary’s Law’ – which amends the murder statute to add a new subsection addressing the murder of a child less than 14 in an ‘especially cruel and wanton manner’ and authorizing a sentence of life without parole.”

NH- PROFESSOR LEAVES 16 MONTH OLD SON IN A CAR WHILE HE DRANK COFFEE AT A COFFEE SHOP – ACQUITTED! John Collins, Laura DiMeglio, Dover District Court Judge, Stephen Morrison, University of New Hampshire science teacher Collins, who’s an associate science professor at the University of New Hampshire, claimed the baby was never out of his sight. So what? Does he want to watch the baby die of a heat stroke? What is he going to tell his son when he gets older? That a caffe latte was more important than his life? That’s Folgers Crystals were more important than him? Cops said the baby showed signs of heat exhaustion. The no good wife, Laura DiMeglio, apparently doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with her scumbag husband leaving a baby alone in a car. She said the baby often wakes up from naps sweaty and flushed. So that makes it ok to leave the baby in a car where the heat can build up and his little brain can start melting? Miserable b*tch! I think the only reason this guy was acquitted is because he’s a professor. The Judge said he couldn’t convict Collins because there’s not enough evidence that he acted knowingly! Hmmm! How about, he couldn’t convict Collins because Collins is a rich jacka$$ just like him? How about that? If Collins is a science professor then he, moreso than anyone else should’ve known about the dangers of heat building up in cars. Both of those people are incompetent and don’t deserve that child! TX- WHITE COUPLE WANT TO ADOPT BOY, 2, WHO’S NATIVE AMERICAN & BEEN WITH THEM SINCE HE WAS 6 WEEKS OLD – FEDERAL LAW PROHIBTS COUPLE FROM ADOPTING INDIAN CHILD! Karen & Cecil Couie, Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 I’ve heard of this law before. The boy is part Choctaw. The law says that the state must try to place Native American children with Native American parents first. CPS found a couple who are Native American from Oklahoma who want the boy but the white couple is trying to stop him from being placed with the Oklahoma couple. The law is clear in regards to this matter. Native American children have to be placed with Native American parents first. Only if there’s no Native parents then the child can be adopted by another race. That couple from Texas needs to realize that a genocide was committed on the Indian race by this government. For that reason our current government is trying to ensure that the Native race doesn’t get wiped out and their traditions and culture continue. That boy is not going to retain his Native culture by living with another race. They have a different religion, wear their hair differently, etc.

Robert Aragon, Sage Aragon, 11, Bear Aragon, 12 They charged the father criminally for letting the two kids go out walking 10 miles to mom’s house. The defense said the father was likely suffering from hypothermia which causes confusion & poor judgement when he allowed the kids to go walking. “The boy survived after taking shelter in a single-stall restroom. Sage’s body was found early the next morning curled up by a barbed wire fence, covered in snow….’Sage froze to death, alone, in the horrible weather as a result of the defendants’ decision,’ Lincoln County Prosecutor E. Scott Paul told jurors before they deliberated.” I’ve been following this case. I’m shocked by the verdict.
IL- FAMILY OF 5 INCLUDING 3 KIDS BLUDGEONED TO DEATH BY 2 BROTHERS, ALLEGEDLY – SECOND BROTHER ARRESTED!
