SC- DAYCARE WORKER WHO SLAPPED BABY CAUSING BRAIN TO BLEED GETS PROBATION!

Richland County, SC.- Talisha Lavette Smith, a home daycare operator, plead guilty to slapping an infant so hard that it caused the baby’s brain to bleed! The legal charge is “inflicting great bodily injury on a child” This crime carries a 20 year maximum sentence with no minimum. The dumbass judge on the case, Circuit Judge, Kenneth Goode, apparently doesn’t think that child abuse is a very serious crime because this Einstein sentenced the bitch to 5 years probation in December! Yes, you heard right, – probation!
The judge resigned and a new hearing will be set to resentence Smith.

Hopefully, this time around, the new judge will get it right!
