SC- 6 YR OLD FOSTER KID OUT ALONE, DROWNS IN NEIGHBORHOOD POOL!
SC.- 6 year old Jaiheim Gaither and his twin brother were both in foster care. The two were riding their scooters in the neighborhood unsupervised!
“Jaiheim left his scooter on the sidewalk and got inside a wooden privacy fence surrounding the pool, then jumped in, Martin said.
The fence has several openings, Lexington police spokesman Lt. Matt Davis said, but he would not provide details.”
The neighbor’s house was 6 houses away from the foster parent’s residence on Spring Lake Drive. The homeowner found Jaiheim in the pool. He was taken to Lexington Medical Center and was pronounced dead.
“Police are investigating whether there was any criminal negligence, he said.”
WTF?? Since when is allowing two little 6 year old’s to go out into the neighborhood unsupervised NOT criminal negligence? The infuriating part about this whole story is that the foster parents are still being allowed to keep Jaiheims twin brother!!! It’s not enough that they helped to kill Jaiheim but now they’ll be allowed to rake in the bucks at the expense of his twin, putting this little boy’s life at risk as well!! Both those m*th*rf*ck3rs belong in jail!!!!
