ND – MAN TIES CLOTH AROUND BABY’S FACE KILLING HIM- WITHDRAWS GUILTY PLEA!
Minot, North Dakota. A judge is considering whether or not he’ll allow Lloyd Peterson to withdraw his guilty plea in the 2004 death of his 6 month baby son. The infant’s mother said she found a piece of cloth wrapped around the baby’s face!
“Petersen, who came to North Dakota from the Virgin Islands, said his English is limited and that his statements to investigators after the baby’s death were not interpreted correctly.”
Under the plea agreement, the murder charge would be reduced to negligent homicide.
Negligent homicide?!? People do that for one reason and one reason only and that’s to strangle the life out whoever they’re trying to kill! What’s up with this prosecutor? This sounds like murder, plain and simple. It seems to me the prosecutor is the one being negligent, negligent in the law and common sense!
