NC – PARENTS ARRESTED AFTER 4 MONTH OLD BABY FOUND DEAD!
NC. Police responding to an injured child call found 4 month old Filiberto Isaiah Sanchez dead in his home. The baby’s mother, Christina Marie Johnson told investigators that the she found the baby kneeling by the car seat that was in the home.
“Star Police Chief Dempsey Owens said the preliminary autopsy showed that the child had six broken ribs and one broken tibia, all in different stages of healing.”
The mother and the baby’s father, Filiberto Cortez Sanchez are both being held on $50,000 bail. Neither of them are charged with murder. They’re both being charged with child abuse and child neglect.
Why in the world are the two of them not being charged with murder? What’s going on Mr. Prosecutor? Sounds like Child Abuse Syndrome to me.
