ID- DAD GETS LIFE SENTENCE FOR SHOOTING WIFE & BEATING KIDS TO DEATH WITH A BAT!
Noblesville, ID. Chad Cottrell plead guilty in March to the October 2005 murder of his wife, Tricia, 29 and her kids Victoria Williams, 10, and Brittany Williams, 12.
The killings took place over 8 or more hours. Tricia Cottrell was shot to death in her bed. Her daughter, Victoria was beaten to death with a bat after Chad Cottrell attempted to molest her. Brittany Williams was murdered last after she too resisted being molested.
“Parke County Prosecutor Steve Cvengros said the thought the death penalty would have been appropriate in Cottrell’s case.
“The judge agreed he (Cottrell) was the worst of the worst, but found … that life without parole was the worst sentence,” Cvengros said.”
The judge had it right. This guy really is the worst of the worst. Those poor kids not only were murdered but had to be violated as well! What a monster!
