AR.- PRISON GUARD CRASHES INTO LITTLE KIDS GETTING ON SCHOOL BUS!
AZ. The trial of prison guard, Henry Montoya, has started on Wednesday. The guard drove his car into the back of a school bus then crashed into little kids lined up to get on the bus! Bus driver, Kelly Van Arsdale described how he checked on the kids:
“I tried to determine if she was alive,” he said. “Her little leg was all twisted.”
Also on the witness stand today was one of the children struck by the car. Judge Anne Segal asked News4 not to identify him because he’s 11.
The boy said, “I was turning in the air and I saw the ground, the sky.”
If convicted, Montoya could face either 90 days in jail or $1,500 fine with 3 years probation. I hope they throw the book at him!
